STAY CENTRAL - LIVE TOGETHER

The advantage of living with others, is also our central living. You live in a large house with three fully equipped kitchens, cozy furnished living room and access to the common garden with barbecue area. There is room for socializing, games, work, study and movie nights. Here we have room for everything - and one is your very own.

In total, there are thirteen private rooms on three different floors that can be rented individually or by couples. We who live here share four newly renovated bathrooms and three toilets. On the attic there are also two separate one-room apartments with kitchenettes.

The house is located in the popular district Krokslätt between Mölndal and Gothenburg city center, with Liseberg around the corner. Ideal for those who appreciate the tranquility at home but still want walking distance to all the city's entertainment as well as Safjället nature reserve.

There are many places to botanize among such as home bakeries, restaurants and shops. In the area there is a lot that makes your everyday life easier. Pharmacy, supermarket, discount market and one of Sweden's largest gym chain Nordic Wellness.

By tram, it takes 7 minutes to Mölndals Galleria and just over 10 to the central station. If you are going to take the flight, you are at Landvetter Airport in less than 20 minutes by taxi.

The rent includes electricity, water, internet and cleaning of common areas (once a week) as well as toilet and kitchen paper.

A fee of 150sek is added for the well-being council. This fee goes to joint events and activities where everyone can participate in the house.

Because we want to offer our tenants a healthy and smoke-free living environment, we have a smoking ban at CoConcept.
